Rockstar is on the lookout for Associate QA Testers of Online Services, Website/Commerce, and Digital Distribution Platforms at any level of experience who possess a passion for quality. This is a full-time, permanent and in-office position based in Rockstar’s unique game development studio in Lincoln, England. The Rockstar Games Online Services QA team ensures the quality and reliability of Rockstar’s online services, websites and platforms in support of multiple Industry leading titles. Identifying, investigating, clarifying and documenting defects encountered during testing. Test of all associated Rockstar online services, updates, live events, sweepstakes and maintenance for all supported titles. Test of all Rockstar online services related features for all upcoming titles and title updates. Test of all Rockstar online services admin and customer support tools for all supported and upcoming titles. Test of all Rockstar Games websites updates, including the Rockstar Store. Test of Rockstar Games Launcher and associated tools. Knowledge and experience of current and previous gen (Xbox One & PS4) consoles, PC gaming and various digital platforms (Steam, Epic, etc.). Good general PC knowledge, including experience with Microsoft Office suite. Strong ability to organize and prioritize workload, handling multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with a variety of database software. Experience of testing web based applications and web sites. Experience of using online service tools such as Fiddler and Wireshark. Experience within QA at any level. HTML, JavaScript, CSS, C# or C++. You will first be asked to complete a video interview; We are currently looking to hire across Night Shift (6:30pm - 3am).
