We are seeking an experienced Guest Experience Specialist for our Casa Linda location.
Guest Experience Leadership:

Each of our locations has unique needs to best serve both its guests and staff, and we empower our Managers, Aesthetic Injectors, CoolSculpting Specialists and Medical Aestheticians to manage multiple aspects of their businesses as if it was their own.
Your role at VIO:
As a Guest Experience Specialist you will be providing an elevated and concierge-type guest experience in the spa. Reporting to the spa manager, you will inspire your team through VIO Med Spas culture and values to ensure our company vision and objectives are met. In addition, you will be responsible for the following:
- Perform guest intake, phone calls, lead funnel management
- Assist/monitor front desk team ability to convert callers in to booked appointments
- Implement strategies to grow the business by leveraging guest loyalty programs/memberships, events, service and product knowledge, and more
- Lead a coaching culture in the spa where everyone is recognized for their success and provided feedback on areas to grow
- Demonstrate the VIO Med Spa values of Passion for Customer Service, Professionalism, Ethics, Safety, Integrity & Communication.
We think you’d be a great for this role if you have:
- 1+ years of retail, sales or spa experience.
- Flexible availability to work some evenings and weekends.
- Ability to motivate, develop, and inspire clients to be their best self.
- Demonstrated passion for excellent guest service and retail/service.
- Comfortable consulting patients regarding products and services.
- Proven organizational skills.
Primary Responsibility: The Guest Experience Specialist has the primary responsibility of driving results in Guest Relations, Sales, and optimizing Scheduling. Being the first face of overall client experience, the GES is first and last impression of the spa!
