hyphens: auto;">infrastructure. </span></p><p style="color:!important"></p><p style="color:!important"><b><span style="font-size:inherit">Responsibilities / What You'll Do:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Work with internal teams to establish network improvement plans</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Responsible for driving and influencing senior leadership decision making</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Builds and maintains effective working relationships and partnerships with stakeholders</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Ability to drive conflict resolution between stakeholders, including senior management and cross functional teams</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Conducts network design reviews and processes of various projects and products</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Provides technology leadership by working with different teams to deliver solutions</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Key decision maker on Network technology </span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Communicates budget estimates for cross functional projects/programs, and ensures teams execute assigned projects within approved budgets</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Responsible for escalating issues and potential roadblocks to management, including making recommendations to address and resolve</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Responsible for identifying and mitigating project execution risks</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Guides and/or revises project plan to ensure it completely captures all activities and eliminates duplicative efforts</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Defines and evangelizes processes, policies and standards across all stakeholders</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Proactively seeks continuous improvement opportunities in process/ policies/ standards</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Responsible for leading strategic planning, influencing and driving prioritization of initiatives with functional stakeholders</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Responsible for developing and communicating a roadmap of projects and initiatives to functional stakeholders</span></p></li></ul><p style="color:!important"><br> </p><p style="color:!important"><b><span style="font-size:inherit">Qualifications / Your Background:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">15+ years of experience with planning and design of customer-facing SaaS production data centers with carrier-grade reliability</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Strong knowledge of Internet routing protocols and techniques such as BGP, OSPF, ECMP, MPLS.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Expert knowledge and experience with routing protocols and traffic engineering</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Expert knowledge and experience VPN encryption technologies, modern switching platforms, and firewalls including policy implementation and capacity management</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Working knowledge of Juniper, Arista, and Cisco equipment highly desirable</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Proven ability to manage mission-critical, highly visible infrastructure projects to completion.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Experience with low-level infrastructure testing and troubleshooting tools including packet capture devices, network equipment debug and diagnostics, (Wireshark, NetFlow)</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Understanding of security-policy implementation details and how to manage design and support of network environments to maintain policy integrity</span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:</b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Minimum:</p>$194,900.00<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Maximum:</p>$426,300.00<p></p><p><span>In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration;
