The Quality Data Abstractor is an ideal opportunity at MultiCare, participating in the planning, coordinating and collecting of clinical process and outcome data. In this role, you will work in collaboration with program leadership in the collection of program specific data.
You will collect and coordinate processes, outcome and data variances.
You will accurately enter data into the appropriate database.
You will assure completeness and accuracy of all data.
You will maintain current knowledge of abstraction requirements per agency guidelines.
Qualifications
Registered Health Information Technologist or equivalent clinical experience is required.
Recent medical record abstraction preferred.
