Inside Sales Representative (Customer Service / Sales Support)
Location: Costa Mesa / Santa Ana, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Pay: $22.00+/hour (Depending on Experience)
Overview
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representatives.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, assisting customers, generating sales opportunities, and serving as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

Respond to inbound inquiries and provide product or service information

Generate and follow up on sales leads and opportunities

Prepare quotes, process orders, and maintain customer records

Conduct outbound calls to support sales and business development efforts

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service

Track customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately

Meet individual and team sales and performance goals
Qualifications

Previous inside sales, customer service, account management, or sales support experience preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects

Proficient with computers, email, and CRM software

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
