Medical Receptionist – Revive Primary Care & Med Spa

We’re looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist who can deliver exceptional service in a busy, team-driven environment. This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create a warm and welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out with efficiency and professionalism
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments using eClinicalWorks (ECW)
Verify insurance benefits and eligibility through payer portals and document results
Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system while prioritizing urgent needs
Process payments, collect co-pays, and handle billing-related inquiries
Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
Communicate effectively with providers and staff to keep patient flow running smoothly
Assist with patient questions about services, procedures, and general office information
Provide administrative support as needed to keep the office operating at its best
Qualifications
At least 1 year of medical front desk experience (primary care preferred)
Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (ECW) is required
Experience checking insurance benefits and eligibility online
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor and a genuine passion for helping patients
Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to support wherever needed
