You will assist in the manufacturing and production of Pentair Pool Products by performing line assembly operations to produce and assemble through Lean Manufacturing Methodologies.</p><p></p><p><b>You will:</b></p><ul><li>Be responsible for correctly, documenting and handling of parts.</li><li>Flexibility to rotate on the line.</li><li>Be packing small components and packaging operations.</li><li>Must be capable of performing a variety of production operations incidental to the manufacturing of various items or devices produced in the department.</li><li>Must be able to use fine hand manipulation.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Key Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>High School Degree or Equivalent Preferred.</li><li>Previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment</li><li>Previous experience in production and/or assembly position.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Ability to create a highly effective team environment. </li><li>Able to use a variety of hand tools in department, including but not limited to, air guns, screwdrivers, wrenches, and other power hand tools.</li><li>Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist at the waist. </li><li>Must be able to lift-up to 30 pounds from floor to waist consistently throughout shift.</li><li>Steel-toed footwear is required.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Shift:</b></p><ul><li><b>1st shift, 4am start time</b> (working 8-12-hour shifts)</li><li>Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed</li><li>In order to accommodate the needs of our business, it may be necessary to change individual work schedules on either a short-term or long-term basis. </li></ul><p></p><p><b>Compensation:</b></p><ul><li>The hourly pay for this role is <b>$19.65/hour.</b>  Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training.
