The responsibilities include assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities and enforcing accountability,<span> </span></span><span>developing,</span><span><span> </span>and maintaining a budget and schedule to ensure timely completion of project, maintaining standard project management documentation and metrics with</span><span><span> </span>limited direction, working directly with internal and external client counterparts, other project leads, and ongoing operations to deliver successful implementation, and managing the scope of the project. The Workday Senior Project Manager will also<span> </span></span><span>be responsible for</span><span><span> </span>promoting team engagement and building Workday Adaptive Planning.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Manage the implementation of<span> </span></span><span>up to and some knowledge of<span> </span></span><span>the Workday product suite - HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Provide guidance and mentoring to<span> </span></span><span>the</span><span><span> </span>Professional Service<span> </span></span><span>consultants</span><span><span> </span>working gather requirements, formulate delivery<span> </span></span><span>approach,</span><span><span> </span>and develop a requirements</span></b><span><span>: </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><b><span>Organizational and<span> </span></span><span>Project Management Expertise:</span></b><span><span><span> </span></span><span>3+<span> </span></span><span>years’ experience</span><span><span> </span>project managing HCM, payroll or financial implementations within mid to large Enterprise<span> </span></span><span>clients</span><span>.</span><span><span> </span></span><span>Excellent organization, time management,
