Description:

  • Lead sustainment efforts for Bolt and Anvil deployments in support of customer missions and delivered capabilities.
  • Triage, diagnose, and root cause product incidents, then drive postmortem actions through resolution.
  • Conduct log reviews, diagnostics, and system management using Linux and command-line tools to resolve issues.
  • Improve fleet observability and health telemetry in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze system failure data to identify trends and support proactive sustainment processes.
  • Support global customers by managing incidents and concerns, and providing timely communication and mitigation updates.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable capability requirements, product performance indicators, and desired functionality.
  • Bridge understanding between engineering teams and warfighters by maintaining awareness of product specifications.
  • Coordinate technical and non-technical efforts across business, engineering, and sustainment functions to maximize capability availability.
  • Travel as required to support customer needs and operations.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS with 5+ years of professional experience, or 8+ years of relevant operational experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security clearance; prior clearances or background investigations are a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience as a self-starter who can identify and resolve issues independently.
  • Strong problem-solving ability in unstructured situations at the interface of hardware, software, and networking.
  • Proven ability to master a technical system and support it in operational environments.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and mentor junior personnel.
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior combat arms, aviation, or ordnance-related military occupational specialty preferred.
  • Experience supporting or deploying UAS, especially Group 2/3 systems or loitering munitions, preferred.
  • Experience with observability tooling such as Grafana and software development tools such as Git and Jira preferred.
  • Willingness to work non-standard hours and weekends as needed.
  • Defense and/or STEM background preferred.
