careerzynith is seeking a highly organized Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our data‑driven processes, ensuring that critical information is captured accurately, maintained consistently, and reported effectively. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage documentation, and support marketing program execution—all while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting:
Enter, validate, and maintain data across Asana, Salesforce, and Okta platforms with a focus on precision and timeliness.
Dashboard & Reporting Support:
Assist in the creation and upkeep of team dashboards, ensuring stakeholders have real‑time visibility into performance metrics.
Contract Review & Branding Compliance:
Review customer contracts for branding and marketing clauses, guaranteeing that all records are correctly logged in the Okta database.
Customer Marketing Repository Maintenance:
Keep the Customer Marketing account repository in Asana organized, up‑to‑date, and easily searchable.
Document & Folder Organization:
Systematically organize team documents, folders, and shared drives; proactively suggest process improvements to streamline operations.
Project Coordination for Marketing Programs:
Manage end‑to‑end logistics for customer marketing initiatives, including photo‑shoot scheduling, staffing coordination, content routing for client approval, and tracker updates in Google Sheets.
Cross‑Team Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure data integrity and alignment across all initiatives.
Continuous Process Optimization:

Essential Qualifications
