PURPOSE AND SUMMARY
The Part-time Sales Account Representative serves as a key point of contact for potential clients. This role focuses on gathering detailed client information, managing pre-qualified leads, and maintaining client data in the CRM. By supporting Sales Ambassadors with administrative and operational tasks, the Sales Account Representative facilitates new client acquisition, prequalifies incoming leads, makes regular calls to potential clients, and assists in managing contacts. Strong communication and organizational skills, along with an understanding of VisitorReach’s mission, are essential for success.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
Advanced education in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in word processing, calendar planning, and CRM tools.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Acquisition:
Represents VisitorReach values and cultural commitments internally and externally.
Gathers and analyzes client geographic and demographic information to assess suitability for VisitorReach resources.
Pre-qualifies potential clients by reviewing inbound marketing leads, referrals, and previous client lists.
Maintains consistent communication with potential clients to facilitate new contracts, renewals, and client retention.
Inputs and administers client data in the CRM system.
Provides support throughout the discovery process, including transitions to the onboarding stage.
Makes ongoing outbound calls to potential clients using lists created by the sales and marketing team.
Assists the sales team with any tasks as needed.
Attends meetings as requested.
Sales Ambassador and Sales Specialist Support:
Provides administrative support to Sales Ambassadors and Sales Specialists, including preparing client information for demonstrations.
Sets up meetings and shares updates from potential clients with Sales Ambassadors and Sales Specialists.
Maintains and updates CRM records, including documenting client interactions and changes.
Assists Sales Ambassadors and Sales Specialists by preparing and distributing ongoing lists of potential clients.
Provides a variety of other tasks as needed.
PART-TIME FRAMEWORK:
This part-time position requires 20 to 25 hours per week. The regular work schedule will consist of a minimum of four days per week, Monday through Thursday, with the possibility of a fifth workday as needed for team coverage. Compensation, including any applicable commission opportunities, will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Reports directly to the Director of Marketing and Sales or other managers/executives as determined.
Has no supervisory responsibility.
